What It’s All About:
When my little man was born, I didn’t want to forget one tiny detail. I wanted to remember his tiny fingers and toes. I wanted to remember his cuddles and sweet sleepy lips. I wanted pictures of everything. The addition of a child is the most precious gift, and I want to help you document all of the love and joy that comes along with that sweet bundle.
From beautiful mommy-to-be bumps and the amazement in daddy’s eyes, to capturing some of the first blissful cuddles between you and your newest addition. A new chapter is just beginning.
Package + Session Options:
Katie is typically booked 3-4 months out for newborn sessions.
Do not wait to schedule your newborn session.
Prices are subject to change at anytime and are locked in at your booking price once contract is signed and retainer is paid.
The Bump: Maternity Sessions
A maternity session can be booked by way of a mini or Daisy (1 hour).. We will showcase your beautifully growing belly and we can include family members and siblings as you wish. It is typically best to schedule maternity sessions around week 32 as the "bump" is in a great spot for photos, and we've got some time before the arrival of your newest addition! These sessions can be shot anywhere ~ on location or in studio.
Newborn Session Details:
Newborn sessions can be booked in one (or all) of three locations: In the hospital, at my downtown studio, or inside your home. A newborn session can last up to 2-4 hours, as all sorts of fun things happen during these sessions and we want to make sure we take our time and give your newest addition time to adjust.
Newborn sessions need to be taken within 7-14 days of the birth - and it is never too early to book your session!
Newborn Studio
Studio newborn sessions are the perfect way to capture your baby. I love creating styled set-ups for every baby from my collection of custom props that are sure to accentuate their perfect tiny bodies, those cute little baby toes and every detail you can imagine!
Having littles of my own, I am very comfortable with little ones and trained to work to ensure baby's safety.
Studio sessions are great for families that prefer a perfect curated look, while also utilizing the clean and styled backdrop of my natural light studio space to showcase your growing family.
Newborn In-Home Lifestyle
Telling your newborn's story in the beauty of your own home. These images aim to capture all of the snuggles and smooches with your home as the backdrop. You've spent 9 months perfectly placing every detail of the nursery together, and there is no better way to show it off than to capture your family inside it.
These images will be of you as a family, enjoying your new addition and just simply being you in the house you brought your baby home to.. These sessions are organic in nature and capture your family just as you are. They are the perfect choice for those who want to make their newborn session a little more personal.
Fresh 48: Hospital Session
Fresh 48 Photography is a special session for those new families who want the first few hours of their newborn's life captured without having the entire labor or birth documented. Held within the first 24-48 hours of your baby's life at your place of birth, these lifestyle sessions are perfect for remembering that day FOREVER.
Shots of your little one's first yawns, cute little baby feet, fingers, belly button will be documented. First feedings, diaper changes, + all of those amazing family meetings. No posing, no lights just fresh.
A limited number of Fresh 48 sessions are available each month - be sure to book early!
